We take great care in packaging and shipping your premium spirits to ensure they arrive in perfect condition:
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note: We currently ship worldwide with the exception of certain Asian countries and remote regions. Shipping times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our curated selection of premium spirits. If you need to return an item, please follow our refined returns process:
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Request must be made within 15 days of delivery
- Product must be unopened and in original packaging
- Item must be in resalable condition
Non-Returnable Items
Due to regulatory requirements and the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened bottles or products with broken seals
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items marked as “final sale” (including rare/limited-edition spirits)
- Gift sets with damaged packaging
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our Concierge Team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions
- Securely package the item(s) using original packaging when possible

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we will ship the replacement once the return is received
Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or damaged product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for valuable spirits.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
