Our Returns Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most products, provided they are unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Concierge Team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your return request
- Include your order number and reason for return in your email
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions
- Securely package the item(s) using the original packaging when possible

Important Note: Due to alcohol regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles or products where the seal has been broken. Additionally, rare or limited-edition spirits marked as “final sale” cannot be returned.
Refund Process
Upon receipt and inspection of your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the return is received
Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned due to their nature or regulatory requirements:
- Opened bottles or products with broken seals
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items purchased during special promotions marked as “final sale”
- Gift sets where packaging has been damaged
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or damaged product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable spirits.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item or incorrect product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
